Richard Starnes Norman, Jr. age 51 passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2013 at Coastal Carolina Hospital in Hardeeville, SC.
He is survived by his sisters, Mitzi Norman Adams of Savannah, Ricki Norman of Naples, FL., Debra Norman of Carrolton, GA.
Services will be held at a later date.
Low Country Cremation Society is serving the Norman family.
